Anti-Wrinkle Treatment

Anti-wrinkle treatments use botulinum toxin (Botox), a neurotoxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Once injected into the muscle, it temporarily paralyses the muscle by blocking the chemical message from the nerve. This results in a more relaxed and smoother facial appearance.

• The treatment involves injecting a very fine needle into the targeted wrinkles several times.
• The procedure takes up to 30 minutes and results typically last for 3–4 months.
